Have you ever thought about the role you could play in shaping the work of RNAO?
The Dufferin‑Caledon Chapter is seeking members to volunteer as Consultation Representatives (CRs) for the upcoming RNAO Annual General Meeting (AGM). CRs are part of a team of RNAO members who review and provide input on resolutions that guide the direction of our association. This is a great opportunity to share your voice, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to shaping the future of nursing.

AGM Details
Date: Friday, May 29, 2026
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Format: In person
Location: Crowne Plaza, 900 York Mills Rd, Toronto, Ontario, M3B 3H2
CRs are eligible for reimbursement of shared accommodations and travel as per RNAO reimbursement guidelines.
Mandatory Orientation & Resolution Session
CRs must attend one of the following virtual orientation sessions:
- Tuesday, May 19, 2026 | 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 20, 2026 | 5:30 – 8:00 p.m.
During these sessions, the Parliamentarian will review the Rules of Order, resolutions will be discussed, and the list of Certified Consultation Representatives will be confirmed.
The Dufferin‑Caledon Chapter may register up to four (4) members as CRs.
Important: Undergraduate nursing students are not eligible for this role.
