1. RNAO 2025 nominations and resolutions
RNAO is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Board of Directors. The nomination process is now online!
Deadline for submission: Jan. 31, 2025
RNAO is looking for talented nurse leaders to join its board of directors for 2025–2027. Submit your nominations today and shape the future of the association. RNAO is seeking nominees for the following positions (two-year term):
- President-elect (one-year term followed by a two-year presidency, followed by one-year as immediate past-president)
- Region 1 representative
- Region 3 representative
- Region 5 representative
- Region 7 representative
- Region 9 representative
- Region 11 representative
- Representative of the interest group chair (one vacancy)
RNAO is also seeking nominees for the following committee positions:
- Provincial Nominations Committee – Two (2) General Member Vacancies
- Provincial Resolutions Committee – One (1) General Member Vacancy
- Bylaws Committee – One (1) Assembly Member Vacancy
- Leadership Succession Committee – One (1) Assembly Member Vacancy

2. RNAO Call for AGM 2025 Resolutions
RNAO is encouraging individuals, members, chapters, regions without chapters, and interest groups to submit resolutions for review and discussion at RNAO’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). Members who submit resolutions to RNAO’s 2025 AGM are raising the profile of important issues and engaging colleagues in discussions that matter to RNs, NPs and nursing students.
The deadline to submit resolutions is Jan. 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
