I hope that this email finds you all well. I am sorry for the lack of communication this past year, but that is about to change, now that I have access to the email list of members from RNAO. I don't have an actual list, but I am able to send emails directly to you finally!
I wanted to let you all know about the Surgical Assistants Course coming up very soon. (See copy of email below) Hurry and sign up soon to get the Early Bird Rate.
We will try to have a brief meeting at this Education Day, as we did last year. Please forward this email on to other RNFA's that you may know who are not RNAO members so that they can join us as well. This OMA Education Day is always well attended and very educational.

Good morning, registration is now open for the 9th Annual Surgical Assistant Education Day to be held on Saturday, October 20th at Humber River Hospital in Toronto.
If you have not yet registered, please consider doing so on or before October 5, 2018 to qualify for "early bird" registration discounts: (Rates increase by 20% after October 5th)
The main theme of our event this year is cancer. Topics will include Whipple Surgery, Radical Cystectomy and Transrectal Surgery. Once again we will offer a choice of several diverse and interactive workshops including Radiation Safety and the Da Vinci Robot.
This Group Learning program has been reviewed by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and is awaiting final certification by the College’s Ontario Chapter.
