The Greater Hamilton Area Chapter of the Gerontological Nursing Association Ontario in collaboration with Cama Woodlands is hosting an educational session on Community Resources for Dementia Care at Cama Woodlands (159 Panin Rd., Burlington) on Thursday, September 26th from 7 to 8 pm.
Staff from the Alzheimer Society of Brant, Haldiman, Norfolk, Hamilton and Halton, and from Behavioural Supports Ontario will be presenting on the resources for dementia care that are available in our communities. Admission is free and snacks will be served. Everyone is welcome.
