Dustin Taylor-Brown MScN, NP-PHC

As President/Chair of the Grey Bruce Chapter of the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO), Dustin Taylor-Brown, NP, is a dedicated nursing leader, educator, and advocate committed to advancing excellence in healthcare across Grey and Bruce counties. A Nurse Practitioner with Brightshores Health System, Dustin specializes in mental health and addiction medicine, harm reduction, and community-based care, with extensive clinical experience spanning emergency nursing, palliative care, long-term care leadership, and hospice services. He holds a Master of Nursing - Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Global Health from the University of Toronto and is passionate about fostering professional development, promoting evidence-informed practice, and strengthening the nursing voice in health policy and advocacy. Through his leadership with RNAO, Dustin is committed to creating opportunities for local nurses to connect, collaborate, and grow professionally, while fostering a strong and engaged nursing community dedicated to advancing the profession across Grey and Bruce counties.
