Do you have questions or thoughts to share about nursing, health, or health care? Do you have an experience to tell as an RN, NP or nursing student?
Join RNAO Region 7 (Toronto East) on Thursday October 19 at 7:00 pm [ET] for our #FallTour with President-Elect Lhamo Dolkar. She will speak about building nursing careers in the province and fixing Ontario’s health system. Other topics Lhamo will address: RNAO’s advocacy to address the nursing crisis, partnering with the Ontario Nurses for the Environment Interest Group to promote awareness on climate and environmental issues, and doubling the rate people receive through the Ontario Disability Support Program.
RNAO also wants to hear from nurses in the community about your thoughts and concerns on any issues related to your practice or the health system more broadly and share the successes that we, as members, should be proud of. During the past year, RNAO released a new report – Nursing Career Pathways – examining the many ways we can strengthen our profession so nurses can fulfill their career aspirations.
