For our first event of 2023 we are happy to present "How to Exercise Safely with Limited Mobility."
We all know exercising is good for our health and well-being, but we find sometime as we age we have limited and decreasing mobility.
Exercise is good for our physical health and our mental wellbeing but as we age we sometimes notice that we haven't got the flexibility and/or the strength to carry out the the routines we might have done in the past. Rather than get frustrated by what we can't do anymore, join RetNIG welcoming Shaima Rezatada who will give us helpful suggestions on how we can exercise safely without injury.
