Please join us for our Annual General Meeting taking place Tuesday June 25th virtually from 1730-1900 via Zoom.
We will be joined by our Guest Speaker, Dr. Lin Li who will present “Surviving Transition”: Stories and Recommendations from Families of Youth with Medical Complexity on the Transition to Adult Care.
Please join us as we celebrate the work we have done this year and brainstorm on our 2024-25 activities.
