Courtney started her nursing career in the NICU at Sick Kids, and is currently the Clinical Nurse Educator for the NICU and Paediatrics at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre. Chantal is currently the Clinical Educator for the NICU at LHSC Children’s Hospital. Dylan, Courtney, and Chantal talk about the skills and qualities that are important for an NICU nurse, the different levels of care in the NICU, a day in the life of an NICU nurse, and things that they wish they knew before entering the NICU.
