The Pediatric Nurses Interest Group (PedNIG) is looking for volunteers to help facilitate two upcoming pediatric nursing skills workshops. We are hosting the first workshop on January 25, 2020 from 10am-3pm, at the University of Western Ontario in London. The second workshop will be on March 28, 2020 from 8:30am-4:30pm, in Hamilton. We will be running sessions on basic pediatric nursing skills and knowledge, and will have a career panel at the end. We are looking for volunteers to assist with the following: facilitating hands-on sessions, presenting content (using pre-made slides), career panelists, registering attendees, and giving out swag.
