Join the OARN executive! Call for nominations

Dear OARN member,

Are you passionate about issues that are important to rehabilitation  nursing? Do you enjoy speaking out for nursing, health and health care? Put your name forward for one of the leadership positions below to help the OARN interest group continue to make a difference in rehabilitation nursing. 

As explained in a notice we sent to OARN members on July 22, 2022, a minimum of four core executive members is required to allow OARN to maintain its RNAO interest group status. The group seeks nominees to serve a one- or two-year term in these executive positions:

Two-year terms

  • Chair
  • Policy and Political Action Executive Network Officer
  • Social Media Executive Network Officer
  • Student Liaison

One-year terms

  • Membership Executive Network Officer
  • Communication Executive Network Officer
  • Finance Executive Network Officer

Candidates must be members in good standing of the Ontario Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (OARN) and agree to serve for the relevant term if elected. Please click here for more information about these roles. 

To submit your nomination, please complete the online nomination form and include a brief statement (250 words or less) outlining your interest in the position.

Nominations close on Aug. 20, 2022.
