Through sharing the voices and perspectives of New Graduate Nurses in the Greater Toronto Area and Clinical Nurse Educators from Ontario and New Brunswick, this webinar will reveal key challenges that need to be considered for nurse retention and job satisfaction. We will also share the results of our scoping review and concept analysis in this topic area.
