SHS/UHN 2020 Toronto Geriatrics VIRTUAL Update Course

Register now for the Sinai Health System and the University Health Network's 8th Annual Toronto Geriatrics Virtual Update Course – Providing Excellent Geriatric Care During the COVID-19 Pandemic is taking place on Friday October 30th via a ZOOM Webinar/Meeting Format. Sign up now before we sell out!
Our annual Geriatrics Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Course has been designed to provide front-line practitioners with the latest practical and evidence-based knowledge they need to better manage the care of their older patients. This year recognizing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to convert the program to a one day virtual format with a specific focus on topics around infectious diseases and its impact on the delivery of care for a vulnerable older patient population.

This one-day CPD Course will feature high quality/interactive lectures in the morning, followed by concurrent breakout sessions in the afternoon that focus on the assessment and management of geriatric issues and syndromes that have arisen during the current pandemic. We are leveraging the ZOOM platform to allow us to continue to offer education opportunities safely while still incorporating the traditional interactive components of our program.
Please note that you can now register for the event by clicking the button below.
