Dear York East Nurses and Nursing Students,

I am pleased to share that York East is eligible to send 13 consultation representatives to RNAO’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). to be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at the Toronto Hilton Hotel.

As a consultation representative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to important resolutions that help shape the association’s agenda. This is a great way to engage in advocacy, network with fellow nursing professionals from across the province, and see your association in action.

As you may know (see FAQ), RNAO has transitioned into new regional boundaries on June 1, 2022, that were adopted at the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM). We have realigned our chapter and region boundaries with Ontario’s provincial electoral districts. This was intended to more consistently and clearly align the organization of RNAO’s membership with the political activities of the Association.
