The Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) is pleased to invite members and partners to submit presentation and e‑poster proposals for Nursing Week 2026, taking place May 11–17, 2026. This year’s theme, based on the International Council of Nurses' theme, is:
“Empowered Nurses Save Lives.”
We welcome submissions from nurses across all sectors to highlight innovation, leadership, advocacy, and clinical excellence.
Submission Deadline
Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
Virtual Presentation Options
45‑minute keynote presentation + 15‑minute Q&A
10‑minute oral presentation (one of three), followed by a combined 15‑minute Q&A
E‑Poster Requirements
Submit as PDF or PPTX
16:9 format, one slide
Option to include a 5‑minute audio explanation
Presenters will be notified by Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
Confirmations are due by Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
