Dear Dufferin‑Caledon RNAO Chapter Members,

My name is Tessa Vandenhoek and I am pleased to introduce myself as the new Chapter Chair of the Dufferin‑Caledon RNAO Chapter.

I live and work in the Dufferin‑Caledon region as a primary care nurse, and I am passionate about strengthening nursing voices and advocacy within our local communities. I am honoured to step into this role and look forward to working alongside engaged and motivated members to support nurses, nursing students, and the people we serve.

As we begin this next chapter, we are currently seeking members who are interested in joining our Chapter Executive Team. Serving on the executive is a great opportunity to build leadership skills, contribute to advocacy efforts, and help shape the work of RNAO at the local level. We are looking to fill the following roles:

• Finance

• Communications

• Membership

• Policy & Political Action

• Social Media

• Workplace Liaison

• Student Representative

Whether you are an experienced RNAO member or newer to involvement, your voice and perspective are valued. Training, mentorship, and support are available for all roles.

To stay connected and up to date on chapter activities, events, and advocacy, you are also invited to follow us on social media:
