Join us on Sept. 23, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. for our in-person Fall Tour, “Honoring Our Nurses”, which is hosted by the Algoma Chapter and area First Nation communities. This is an exciting event to share your stories, concerns and issues related to nursing and the current nursing crisis.
This event will take place at Quattro Hotel & Conference Centre on 229 Great Northern Road in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont. Breakfast is included for those that register. Networking and breakfast will take place from 9 – 9:30 a.m. with the Fall Tour meeting to follow from 10 a.m. to noon.
The event will include a presentation from Immediate Past-President Morgan Hoffarth who will share the successes that we, as members, should be proud of. During the past year, we released Nursing Through Crisis: A Comparative Perspective, looking at the impact of the pandemic on nurses across the country as well as launched our social media campaign #IENaction.
This gathering will be in a relaxed and informal atmosphere where individuals are encouraged to discuss the nursing challenges they have faced in the last year. More importantly, it is a celebration of the successes, goals and achievements you are proud of.
