You may have seen an email from RNAO asking of your interest in participating in a rally about the drug poisoning crisis and the need for funding of the SCS sites. This rally will take place May 28 in Toronto at 12:30 p.m. RNAO is providing funding for a bus that will take interested parties to Toronto. Pick up will take place in Windsor, London and Kitchener (and possibly Chatham). If you are interested in being at the rally, please register at this link (https://myRNAO.ca/rallyqpscs) by Monday, May 20.
If you cannot participate in Toronto, please show your support by printing off the petition at this link: https://rnao.ca/news/sign-and-share-petition-for-funding-of-supervised-…. Get as many people as you can to sign it. Hard copies must be sent back to RNAO's Home Office or given to your local MPP.
10 people a day are dying as a result of drug poisoning. SCS sites are one important part of harm reduction that save lives and taxpayer dollars. Please offer your support where you can.
