You are invited to participate in the SSHRCC/McGill Survey: Identifying how contextual factors in the workplace influence how Canadian health care professionals enact, maintain and develop their core professional competencies that aims to explore the workplace factors likely to influence the professional competencies of healthcare professionals. Healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, occupational therapists, physicians, and physiotherapists) are expected to demonstrate specific professional competencies in their practice that may be influenced by their workplace. This study aims to explore these workplace factors.
