Dear Maternal Child Nurses’ Interest Group member,
Are you passionate about issues that are important to maternal child nursing? Do you enjoy speaking out for nursing, health and health care? Put your name forward for one of the positions below to make a difference in maternal child nursing and in the continuance of MCNIG. Further to the notice sent to MCNIG members on MM/DD/YY, for MCNIG to maintain its interest group status, a minimum of four (4) core executive members are required.
The Maternal Child Nurses’ Interest Group is seeking nominees for the following positions:
- Policy and Political Action Executive Network Officer
- Student Liaison Executive Network Officer
- Social Media Executive Network Officer
- Chair elect – only 1 year (after one year the Chair-Elect moves into the Chair position for 2 year term)
- Finance Executive Network Officer – only 1 year
Candidates must be members in good standing of CNS-ON and agree to serving for a two year term if elected unless otherwise noted.
To submit your nomination please complete the attached nomination form and include a brief statement outlining your interest in the position (max 250 words).
