The Corrections from the Inside Out: Challenges and Change conference is scheduled for September 25-26, 2019 in Sarnia. Hosted by the Human Services and Justice Coordinating Committee, the Canadian Mental Health Association and other community partners, this conference will focus on current issues of incarcerated individuals. See the attached poster for information on the great line-up of speakers.
The conference is open to correctional officers, healthcare staff, probation and parole officers, police officers, CBSA officers, lawyers/court professionals and community partners and hopes to provide a better understanding of the incarcerated experience, for all professionals working with this population.
