Greetings & CHNIG Board of Directors for 2022-2023

Posted on June 28, 2022, 11:47 a.m.

Dear CHNIG Colleagues,

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Mathew McGuigan, I am a registered nurse working in public health, and, proudly, the 2022-2024 President of CHNIG.

The CHNIG Board of Directors and myself would like to extend a thank you to our members for attending and helping to make our 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) a great success via Zoom! Given the significant threat still posed by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, until further notice, we will continue to hold CHNIG events via Zoom, but we anxiously look forward to seeing and engaging with our membership in person as soon as it is safe!

At this year’s AGM, we were proud to highlight the achievements and contributions of CHNIG and its members over the past year, review the Board of Director nominations, award CHNIG members for their invaluable contributions to community nursing, and listen to your ideas, concerns, and feedback!

As your new CHNIG President, I am also ecstatic to announce your CHNIG Board of Directors for 2022-2023:
