Dear Waterloo Chapter members,
I am pleased to share that Waterloo Chapter is eligible to send 11 consultation representatives to RNAO’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). to be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at the Toronto Hilton Hotel.
As a consultation representative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to important resolutions that help shape the association’s agenda. This is a great way to engage in advocacy, network with fellow nursing professionals from across the province, and see your association in action.
Reimbursement and benefits
Consultation representatives are reimbursed for shared accommodations and travel in accordance with RNAO’s reimbursement guidelines.

If all consultation representative spots are filled, you may register as an alternate. Please note that alternates are not reimbursed unless they are required to step in as a consultation representative.
- Registration deadline: Tuesday, March 25, 2025
- Eligibility: You must be a member in good standing and represent the correct area. The registration link is only accessible if spaces are available in your chapter or region.
