Dear member,
Do you have questions or thoughts about the nursing crisis? Do you have an experience to share as an RN, NP or nursing student in the past year?
Join us virtually on Sept. 12 at 6 p.m. to meet your new Waterloo Chapter executive and explore our plans for the coming year.
We will:
- explore your questions or thoughts about the nursing crisis regionally and provincially
- share your experiences as an RN, NP or nursing student
- discuss RNAO’s continued advocacy to repeal Bill 124, expedite the application process for internationally educated nurses and address the systemic anti-Black racism and discrimination that exists in the nursing profession
- network and connect with each other
As well, immediate Past-President Morgan Hoffarth will share the successes that we, as members, should be proud of. During the past year, we released Nursing Through Crisis: A Comparative Perspective, looking at the impact of the pandemic on nurses across the country as well as launched our social media campaign #IENaction.
All are invited to attend.
Please register online. The deadline to register is Sept. 11, 2022. Once you have registered, you will receive meeting details about how to join.
Sincerely,
Waterloo Chapter Executive
