Dear Quinte Chapter members:
Quinte Chapter is calling for consultation representatives (previously known as voting delegates) for RNAO’s 93rd AGM on Friday, April 20 2018 at the Toronto Hilton Hotel.
Quinte Chapter can send three (3) consultation representatives. We are also looking for an additional one (1) individual who will sign up as an alternate. If you are interested and eligible to be a consultation representative, please contact Chad Duff at chaddyduff@yahoo.ca no later than March 1, 2018.
Consultation Representatives play a vital role in the activities of the Association. Representatives are required to attend the Resolutions Session immediately following the Opening Ceremonies on Thursday, April 19, 2018; and must be available to attend the full day of the AGM on Friday, April 20, and will also actively participate in the afternoon consultation session where the Resolutions will be discussed and decided upon.
RNAO will reimburse your travel expenses, including shared accommodation at the Hilton for April 19th.
