Region 1 invites you to take time for yourself on Thursday January 20 at 7pm-8:30pm with Paula Manuel.
Creating space for yourself engage in self-care while you're busy caring for others can be a challenge. Especially considering the current pandemic context.
Self-care is important for all nurses but the structural issues that impact our abilities to provide care for ourselves are often forgotten.
This session will use a staff nurse/front-line lens to talk about different ways we can be at our best in spite of the current challenges we face.
Learn strategies to:
-- make the time needed to heal yourself
-- ensure you can thrive in your work environment
-- set healthy boundaries and create practices to promote personal wellness
