Join us for our Fall Tour with RNAO President, Morgan Hoffarth

Posted on Oct. 26, 2021, 9:19 a.m.

Do you have questions or thoughts to share about your experience as an RN, NP or nursing student during the pandemic? Would you like to learn more about RNAO?

Join us on Thursday, November 18 at 12 p.m. for our virtual #FallTour with RNAO President Morgan Hoffarth who will speak about RNAO’s relentless advocacy this past year on topics such as nurse understaffing and burnout, mandatory vaccination for all health-care workers and changes needed in long-term care.

RNAO also wants to hear your thoughts and concerns on any issues related to your practice or the health system more broadly and share the successes that members should be proud of. During the past year, we released our Work and Wellbeing Survey Results report that looks at how nurses have been coping during COVID-19 and Vision for Tomorrow, a report that examines the NP role, how it has evolved, and the value NPs bring to the health system.”

All are invited to attend. Please register here.

Schedule:
Mindfulness meditation at 12 p.m with Laura Louise Persichetti
Chapter updates from local Chapter President, Mallory Singleton/past president, Rachel Elliott at 12:15 p.m.
RNAO President Morgan Hoffarth will present at 12:30 p.m.
