Nursing Week 2019 is fast approaching and the RNAO Halton Chapter would like to recognize an exemplary registered nurse who works in the community/long-term care setting and acute care setting during Nursing Week. If you would like to recognize a colleague, please fill out the attached nomination form explaining why you think this nurse is exemplary in their role. Nominations will be accepted until Saturday, May 4, 2019, and recognition prizes of $50 gift certificates will be awarded to registered nurses. There will be two winners who will be contacted by phone. The Halton Chapter executive would like to encourage you to nominate a colleague.
