Nursing Week 2018 is approaching and the RNAO Halton Chapter would like to recognize an exemplary registered nurse who works in the community setting and acute care setting.
If you would like to recognize a colleague, please fill out the attached nomination form explaining why you think this nurse is exemplary in their role. Nominations will be accepted until Friday, April 27, 2018. The two winners will be officially recognized during RNAO Halton Chapter's Nursing Week event on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, 16 Mile Creek Conference Room from 2 to 4 p.m.
